Return or onward shipment of goods already in Angola, with the documents needed to discharge the original import.

Freight forwarding

We book and coordinate international freight by sea, air and land, and combine modes when the destination lies inland.

  • Sea freight

Full and part container loads into Luanda, Lobito, Namibe, Cabinda and Soyo, with port handling and delivery.

  • Land freight

Road and rail freight across Angola and to neighbouring countries.

  • Multimodal

Sea, road and rail combined under one plan and one point of contact.

Cross-border transit

We manage cargo crossing Angola to neighbouring countries, with the documents, guarantees and border formalities each crossing requires.

Typical clients: Importers in the DRC and neighbouring countries who use Angolan ports

  • Angola–DRC transit

Cargo from Luanda, Lobito and other Angolan ports to Kinshasa, Matadi, Boma, Lubumbashi, Kolwezi and beyond.

Heavy and oversized loads planned with the right trailers, escorts and permits.

Port and terminal operations

At the port we coordinate everything between the vessel’s arrival and the cargo leaving the terminal.

Typical clients: Importers, exporters and project cargo owners

  • Cargo discharge

Coordination with the terminal and the shipping line for the discharge of your cargo.

  • Documentation

Port and terminal documents prepared and lodged on time.

  • Cargo evacuation

Containers and cargo evacuated from the terminal promptly to limit storage charges.

  • Onward transport

Cargo handed over to road, rail or transit for the next leg.

Project and industrial logistics

Large projects depend on equipment arriving intact and on schedule. We plan those movements from the quay to the site.

Typical clients: Mining companies, contractors and infrastructure developers

Equipment, spare parts and consumables moved to mine sites in Angola and the DRC.

  • Construction and infrastructure

Materials and plant delivered to construction sites and major infrastructure works.

We store, consolidate and distribute goods for clients who need a steady supply rather than a single shipment.

Typical clients: Companies with recurring imports and remote sites

Receiving, checking and handling goods on arrival.

Secure storage until your cargo is needed.

  • Consolidation

Shipments grouped to reduce costs and simplify transport.

Supplier coordination, shipping, clearance and delivery handled as one operation.

  • Export solutions

Export documents, inspections and loading at Angolan ports and borders.

Usual import documents

0 of 6 ready

The exact list depends on the goods and the customs regime. We confirm the documents your cargo needs.

How a customs clearance runs

The same five steps apply to most imports. We keep you informed at each one.

  1. Documents received

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and any import licences.

  2. Classification and valuation

We assign tariff codes and calculate the duties and taxes due.

  3. Declaration lodged

The declaration is submitted to Angolan customs, part of the Administração Geral Tributária.

  4. Payment and inspection

Duties are paid, and our broker attends any documentary or physical inspection.

  5. Release and delivery

Goods are released and delivered to your site or handed to the next leg of the journey.
